If your laboratory is in the UK and you have a VAT number, you will need to provide it.

If your laboratory is in the EU you will need to provide your EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification number) for export and customs purposes. 

If your laboratory is in other country, you might want to provide your Tax ID / VAT number for it to appear on your invoice.

You can add these in the following way:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on Laboratory Summary in the left hand menu
  3. Click on  Edit Laboratory Details
  4. Enter your Tax Code and / or your EORI number. You can also enter you Orphanet Number if you wish.
  5. Click Save
  6. Click Close
