You may need to withdraw from an EQA scheme for a variety of reasons, most commonly due to technical failure of a test.
- If the samples have not yet been dispatched and you wish to cancel your participation in a scheme , we may be able to remove you from the scheme and remove the charge, please Contact Us
- If you have received the EQA samples, but wish to cancel your participation in a scheme, you will still be charged for the scheme. Please Contact Us. It is important you contact us as non-submission of results MAY lead to you being classified as a poor performer if you haven't bee withdrawn from the scheme.
Any requests to cancel or withdraw from scheme should be made by the the Primary Contact or person with permissions to Purchase schemes (Lab Administrators).
