Before your samples are despatched the Primary contact on the EMQN account will receive an e-mail with a shipping notification containing all details of the shipment, including a Waybill number. General Information on schemes' dispatch dates can be found on the EQA Scheme Calendar/ Timetable. Shipments to the EU are usually delivered up to 5 days after dispatch from our EU based distributor. Shipments to the rest of the world including North America, South America, the Middle East and Asia are usually delivered 2 to 7 days after dispatch.
When samples have not been received within these time frames you can track or trace the samples using the Waybill number provided. We usually ship by DHL. If goods are held in customs, please contact the local office of the courier used and reference the waybill number. Depending on your country, you may be asked to provide additional paperwork or more detailed address information. Please contact us if you do not know the Waybill number or have other concerns over the delivery of samples.
