How to apply for an EMQN Account

You can apply for an account on our website or by clicking Apply Here.  All applications are subject to an approval process which usually takes 24 hours. We will check all the required information has been supplied and that you do not have an account already.  We will contact you with any questions. If approved or rejected you will be informed by email. When an account is approved you and any other people on the account will be asked to set a password. Once you have access to the account you can purchase schemes.

Agents and Distributors

During the application process, you may be asked to select an agent. An agent acts as the importer of the samples on your behalf and will:

  • Import and deliver the samples to your organisation.
  • Act as your local point of contact.
  • Invoice your organisation in your local currency.
  • Manage any customs and import requirements on your behalf.

Using an agent means you do not need to deal with customs procedures or import-related issues. In some countries, the use of an agent is mandatory, while in others it is optional. We strongly recommend using an agent wherever available to save time and avoid potential import delays.

Changing Your Agent

In some countries, you can change your agent within your account. However, please note that any orders already placed directly with EMQN will continue to be fulfilled by EMQN and shipped directly to your organisation.

For this reason, we recommend selecting your preferred agent before purchasing any schemes for the year. If you need us to cancel an existing order and resubmit it through an agent, please contact us for assistance.

Organisations Based in the European Union (EU)

As EMQN dispatches samples from the United Kingdom, we work with an EU-based distributor to support organisations located within the European Union. Samples are supplied through this EU distributor and then forwarded to participating organisations within the EU. This arrangement helps to ensure a smooth delivery process and means that:

  • No additional customs duties or import taxes are payable.
  • No import licences are required.
  • Samples can be delivered without the typical challenges associated with importing goods from outside the EU.

This approach is designed to make participation as straightforward as possible for our EU customers.
