If you want to close your EMQN account, please contact us, quoting you Lab ID number. If you have an outstanding invoice  we will not be able to close the account until the invoice has been settled.

Before you ask to close your account, please download any certificates and individual laboratory reports, as you will no longer be able to access them once your account is closed. 

If your account has been closed  and you need to access it again, please contact us we will reactivate it.
