Once an EQA scheme has closed and the assessment, moderation and appeals processes have been completed a Certificate of Participation will be generated.
To access this:
- Login to your account
- Click on Schemes in the left hand menu
- Click on View Laboratory Documents
- Click on Certificates
- Click on the year you wish to view the certificate for and then the certificate to download it. There may be more than one of reach year.
Understanding the Certificate of Participation
The certificate of participation displays the performance data for a laboratory for each EQA scheme participation in a given scheme year or season.
If you have any problems with the certificate of participation, please contact the EMQN office. If the name of your laboratory is not appearing on the certificate correctly please contact us.
