Most EMQN EQA schemes have a participation fee. However, some schemes are sponsored by third-party organisations, such as pharmaceutical companies. Sponsorship may cover part or all of the participation fee, and any subsidy will be clearly indicated when purchasing the scheme.
Fully sponsored schemes are charged at £0.00 GBP. For partially sponsored schemes, participants benefit from a reduced fee. Where a scheme is fully sponsored, participation is free of charge.
Some sponsorship arrangements provide a limited number of free places, and availability may vary from year to year.
If you only register for EQA schemes where the participation fee is fully covered by sponsorship, you will not receive an invoice.
In some cases, sponsorship may be secured after registration has opened. Where this occurs, EMQN will ensure that all eligible participants benefit from the sponsorship and will adjust any invoices as necessary.
Please note that organisations must provide their own billing details when creating and maintaining their EMQN account, even if they only participate in sponsored schemes. The billing name, address, and email address provided must belong to the participating organisation and must not be those of the sponsor.
EMQN can only issue invoices to the bill payer recorded on the account. All scheme purchases are invoiced to this single bill payer, and EMQN is unable to invoice alternative third parties on request.
