Completing or Cancelling a Pending Order

If you have started an order but have not yet completed the checkout process, you will need to either complete the purchase or remove any unwanted schemes from your basket.

Please refer to the video below for step-by-step guidance on completing your order.

To Complete Your Purchase

  1. Log in to your EMQN account.
  2. Click the Basket icon.
  3. Review the schemes in your basket.
  4. Select Proceed to Checkout.
  5. Click Buy Now to complete your purchase.

To Remove Schemes from Your Basket

If you no longer wish to purchase one or more schemes:

  1. Open your Basket.
  2. Locate the scheme(s) you do not wish to purchase.
  3. Click Remove next to each scheme you want to delete from the basket.

The scheme will be removed immediately and will not be included in your order.

Note: Schemes are not purchased or reserved until you have completed the full checkout process. If you experience any issues completing your order, please contact EMQN for assistance.
