What is a sponsored scheme?

Each year EMQN enters into agreements with sponsors who agree to pay part or the full scheme fee. These agreements are renewed annually. 

Where a scheme is partially sponsored generally the number of places available will be limited. The fee for sponsored scheme will show on the purchase page and this is the subsided scheme fee. The fee shown is payable by the laboratory. The sponsor does not pay this amount. 

Where a scheme is fully sponsored generally the number of places available will be limited. The fee for sponsored scheme will show on the purchase page will be £0.  The fee shown is payable by the laboratory.  If you only purchase fully sponsored scheme(s), you will not receive an invoice. 

Depending on the arrangement with the sponsor, extra materials or replacement same on both partially and fully sponsored schemes may be chargeable. This will be shown either at the point of purchase, on the replacement samples request form and is detailed in the scheme catalogue. 

It is common for sponsored schemes to close early due to demand. We recommend registering early to avoid missing out.
